So, I'm a new bunny owner. I bought all the necessities for her and now, I want to try bonding with her. I know I have to patience and take things slow. She puts her head down each time I lift my hand up. I feel like she's allowing me to pet her, well I hope so. Do bunnies like to be petted often? I feel like I'm annoying her but she hasn't shown any aggression to demonstrate that it should stop.

if she comes to you and seeks out pets it means she likes it, so keep doing what you’re doing! If she hops away don’t pursue her, let her decide when she is done. If you want some more creative ways to bond with your bunny, i clicker train with mine - it’s good fun and creates a really trusting bond between you both.
