How often you go to shows

I would like to know how often you go to shows?

I just got into rabbits last june and so I try to get to most shows in my area because there isn't that many. May was busy but usually there isn't that many in a month. I think I've been to 10-12 shows in the last year. I would go every week if I could....I think DH would divorce me leaving him with our 3.5 yo that much

I know how that is.. My hubby would do the same with me. I dont think he can handle the kids that much. lol

Either every weekend or every other. Depends on the time of the year, or how long the drive would be. (I won't go more than 600 miles, unless I reaaally need to go.)

We go to about 20-30 shows per year. I've cut back on my schedule a little because I'll be back at school full time in the fall.

I will go to my first in September, there aren't many around here.

I go to a show whenever there are ones close to me - like 40 minutes to an hour away. It's really all based on my mom, too, since she drives me, but once I get my license I will be able to go farther and to more shows.

We went to one in March, one in April and hope to make a triple show (Friday night/Saturday) in June in Duncan, OK.

I was just looking at a triple show in Louisiana - but it is 600 miles away and my does will have young litters - so I don't feel like traveling that far for that long.

I'm already starting to look at shows for this fall so I can plan ahead and budget and plan my breedings.

Where I live - the nearest shows are about 200 miles away - most are further than that.

I try to go to all of them that are within two hours when my rabbits are in coat.

I only get to like 5 a year. lol We Everything if 2 or more hours away...so once I get my lisence, I will go to more shows. I won't have to bug my parents anymore.

I get to everyone my work schedule allows that's 2.5 hours or less away. Last one I entered via email and never ended up going because I forgot I work until 3 or 4 in the morning and I would have to leave for the show at 6 am- I forgot to budget sleep time!
But I'm aiming at 5 a year, it's harder since I'm not youth, there's mroe youth/4H shows around me than open.
