How much veggies ( measurements) should
I be giving? Thumps is a Dutch. I haven't been
Measuring, just basically guessing ( about a handful)
Or so once a day.

I do want to feed twice a day rather then all
At once.

This is from rabbit.org
"Feed a minimum of 1 cup vegetables for each 4 lbs. of body weight. Select at least three types of vegetables daily. A variety is necessary in order to obtain the necessary nutrients, with one each day that contains Vitamin A, indicated by an *. Add one vegetable to the diet at a time. Eliminate if it causes soft stools or diarrhea.
Limit fruits to 1-2 tablespoons per 5 lbs. of body weight (none if dieting) from the list below of high fiber fruits. Sugary fruits such as bananas and grapes should be used only sparingly, as occasional treats. Bunnies have a sweet tooth and if left to their own devices will devour sugary foods to the exclusion of healthful ones.

Absolutely NO chocolate (poisonous!), cookies, crackers, breakfast cereals, bread, pasta, yogurt drops or other “human treats.” There is research to suggest these items may contribute to fatal cases of enterotoxemia, a toxic overgrowth of “bad” bacteria in the intestinal tract."

So far all my bunnies want to eat are pellets and unlimited grass. Is this OK? The breeder other foods besides pellets can cause tummy problems and vet bills? I put parsley, lettuce in front of them they do not touch it.

Pellets and hay only are a fine diet. A lot of rabbits live on hay and pellets. Sometimes it takes several times of introducing new foods for the bunnies to like them or try them.
You could keep trying to introduce greens one at a time. Like little bits of the greens, like a leaf of parsley. Then see how they do. If they won't eat that, try cilantro, just a little bit of it at a time though you don't want to cause stomach upset. Cilantro and green leaf lettuce are good greens to start with. But you want to do them one at a time, a few days to a week with each one, gradually adding more to make sure there is no soft poops. Then you can start another green.
BUT if they don't like anything, no problem. A good quality hay and a good quality pellet are good.
