How do you stop a rabbit from using a "non-authorized" corner to pee?

My bunny uses the litterbox to poop because that's where her food is (in the box itself). Her water bowl is next to that. Now, she'll poop in the box (except for a stray poop here and there on occasion, but she tends to pee in a corner where I don’t want her to pee (it's a hard to reach corner at the back of her cage under a shelf). She used to go on the shelf itself, but I took out the newspaper and the cardboard that was there but I guess it "dripped" on that bottom corner. I tried washing with vinegar so she wouldn't go there but she still goes. Once I get her fixed, she may or may not use it all the time, but right now, it's a pain to clean. ssd: Is there a solution?

Also, is it normal for her pee to be a light brown (like an ocre color) or beige?

You can just put another small litter box there for her to use. Eventually, as she gets better at peeing only in litter boxes you can probably remove the second one.

You can also try putting things in the corner. Putting food dishes or boxes there will prevent her from backing her bum up and peeing.
