How Do You Make The Banners?

How do you make these?(do not mean just to take yours Elfmommy I just need a example, hope its ok:wave:----LOL

The banners are signatures! Currently, only RO Sponsors are allowed to have them. I made mine in Photoshop, and I believe that ElfMommy made hers using Photoshop also, although compared to hers, mine looks like a 2 year old put it together!

I have Photoshop, and I really am trying to use it more, BUT! I used Microsoft Publisher to make the banner....and use it for all sorts of things, really. It's just so user-friendly.

1. I opened a blank page
2. I used the square tool to draw a long rectangle
3. I inserted an image of Elf
4. I cropped it to just capture the binky
5. I made it small to fit in the rectangle, leaving some space around it
6. I repeated that with a few more images of Elf
7. I used Word Art to do the lettering, with the font "Curlz"
8. Then I made the outline of the long rectangle "none"
9. I filled the long rectangle with a purple texture that comes with the program (although I do love downloading textures from websites)
10. I selected all
11. I grouped them all together (a little icon shows up to do so, but you can also select that from a menu)
12. I right clicked on the picture and selected "save as picture"
13. I named it
14. I uploaded it to photobucket

You can make a banner and I think save it as a .jpg ~ but only VIP people have a signature that is saved and automatically uploaded when they post.

Ok I just did one but it's not very good. The pictures look grainy and it's too big.

I think the information is missing right now - but it is a category of donors who donate to help keep Rabbits Online on the internet - since it isn't free to run the forum.

We have several levels of sponsorship - I don't remember if they start at $10 per year or $20 per year -but they go up to $75 per year.

I know that VIP Platinum members ($75 per year) have the ability to do the banners in their signature - I'm not sure about the other levels of sponsors.

I will try to find the link later tonight or tomorrow and post it here unless someone else beats me to it.

Susan - if I remember right - what I did to make mine smaller was to save it in photobucket as a "small" size and not the larger sizes.

I know that probably doesn't make much sense - but that is how I reduced my banner down to the size it is now.
