how do you cope with the waiting game?

I'm currently waiting on, a new house (will know by this november), a hopefully bred dwarf hotot (due in 2 weeks), and a response from a breeder about a buck for my havana doe.

I can't stand the wait, and not knowing what's going to happen. At least with the preggo and the new buck, how do you breeders handle the wait for new stock and pregnant does?

A lot of chewed nails and romance novels . Seriously it is very frustrating you just have to try to find other things to occupy your time. I just found out my ND doe had a false pregnancy so after waiting a week or so we rebred her yesterday. hopefully this time it took, and I am still waiting on two more does and a dutch buck. It is nerve racking but in the end the little cutties are so worth it!! Good luck.arty0002:
