I know alot of people on here use water bowls instead of bottles becuase they are easier to clean and fill up and easier for the bunny to drink more etc etc so I decided to change Dippy to a bowl, I put one in ages ago during the Christmas holidays but then it started getting icy and his bowl and bottle kept freezing up so I left them both in but when it stopped freezing I started putting less and less in his bottle and now I have left it with none in. (His bowl has been in the whole time) it looks like he has been drinking becuase it has been going down (the water level) but I'm scared he might dehydrate.

His bottles has been empty for about 2 days now and I think he has been drinking from his bowl but I don't know if he keeps stepping in it and soaking the water up.

But isn't it true if they can't drink they won't eat?

He has been eating so I'm guessing he has been drinking but I'm a bit worried :?

Hi Becca

If you change the water often to keep it clean and also to keep it from freezing and you see the level going down then it seems like he is drinking.

You are probably used to a water bottle because it is so easy to see the difference in the level.
