So Storm is about 2 or 3 years old.
When anything changes in his diet he goes into a tail spin.
So we are changing him over from Zupreme to Purina Rabbit fibre 3.

I have 12 pounds of Zupreme left I got so much left so I had time to switch.

How should I do it I know its wont be the same as a normal rabbit over two weeks.

So how long should I do it?

How much should I give him to start with?

How long do I give him the same amount before I add more?

I just rather not send him into a tail spend. If I don't have to. Like I said I still have twelve pounds of Zupreme.

Storm Gets 1/8 cups a day of Pellets

Oh and when I switch his hay do I do that slowly to or not.

I would maybe add a little of the new food, then feed this blend for a whole week. Then add a little bit more and feed that for a whole week. Does that makes sense? You could probably drag it out for about 2 months to give him a lot of time to adjust.

I remember reading on here about a member with a very sensitive rabbit who started with literally one pellet of the new feed and worked their way up from there.

Yep, I that would be a good way or doing it. Get his usual cup of the pellets then day 1 exchange one old pellet for a new one, day 2 two old pellets for two new ones and so on until he's swapped.

Me and hubby have decided that we are going to save the ten pounds of zupreem. Mainly because if he does have a problem with the new food. I will have a stash to go back to save that for a year if I dont use it before then i will donate it. With the 2 or 3 pound I have I should be able to switch over two months.

Does anyone know about the hay thing if I change hay do I need to do that slowly
