How about Yoga?

Another post asking about an exercise...sorry, guys!

I wanted to ask if anyone knew of a good yoga exercise video.I don't really want to get into the religious aspects Yoga has tooffer, but would like to learn the positions for exercise reasons.

Also, if anybody knows of a good Pilates video, that'd be awesome, too!

I've been doing Ashtanga (or power) yoga forabout 3 years now. I just love it. It's a great way to build strengthand flexibility.

David Swenson is really good and I think you'd get a lot out of it:

Thank you! That's exactly the kind ofthing I've been looking for! I've been wanting to alternate,doing a hard workout one day, and a yoga-type exercise the next, withwhenever I go skating thrown in.

As far as Pilates, I own two different ones. Windsor Pilates, andPilates for Dummies. The Windsor Pilates is more advanced, and a bitdifficult for me. I like the Pilates for Dummies, and it's a goodbeginners Pilates video.
