Hey! I went to a Hot Rods display/show on Sunday and it was awesome! I got lots of pictures to share with you all. I bought my mum along with me and even she enjoyed herself. Really great cars on display. I wanted to take them all home.

I wasnt too sure where the gear sticks were on some of these cars.... They werent in the usual place?

Can anyone enlighten me on that one?

WOW :shock: There are some great looking cars over there! Am I wrong that all the pics you took are American made cars?

I think they all are. Where do you have gear sticks in American cars? All the gear sticks in these cars were on the steering wheel?

I think it can be in the middle of the dashboard, on the steering column, or in between the front seats. For example, the '06 Honda Odyssey has the gear stick in the dash board near the steering wheel, in my'02 Suburban, it is on the steering column and there are some with it in the middle of the front seats in between the seat and the dashboard.

Where is the gear stick in the cars in the UK?

They are in the middle between the seat next to you, infront of the hand break. darnit im not even sure if your hand breaks are in the same place as uk cars!

Im not sure if that is well explained...


*and there are some with it in the middle of the front seats in between the seat and the dashboard* I think that is the same place as you explained.....
