this is honey who i bought today. she is 6 months old and im going to breed her with my other mini rex called romeo who is black and white. do you think the babies will be nice colours? :bunnyheart

Are you breeding for show? You shouldn't breed just for colour, you should breed for quality, .

Honestly, she looks like a Broken Red....not really sure what colours you will get from breeding that to Black. Is Romeo a broken black or solid?

I think that any reds will be pretty smutty.

I am new so don't quote me, but I read that you can breed brokens to brokens, or brokens to a solid of the same color. Not completely sure though. Good Luck!!!

yes romeo is abroken black sorry forgot to say i breed for pleasure and they all have good people to go to my babies. i make that my first prority because to me mums,dads and babies are all treat like my pets. my partner thinks they get more vip treatment than him!(which is true):rofl:. take a look at my albums and you will see romeo:biggrin2:. any comments greatly recieved . thanks guys :highfive:

They are really pretty bunnies...they are going to make some cute babies.

You will probably get broken castors. Other colors are possible depending on what the parents carry. When breeding broken to broken the averages are 50% broken, 25% solid and 25% charlies. Charlies carry two broken genes and will not have much color. A litter with a charlie parent will be all brokens.
