This is my homework schedule for this week, I've got sooo much!

• English
• Maths
• Geography
• History
• Science

I suppose when you look at it, it doesn't look like theres loads but to me there is!!!


ETA: I might need some help with my maths so if there is any members that are ace at maths I may need to PM you!!

Okay, I need some help:

This is the question:

A packet of biscuits claims to be 24% bigger! It now contains 26 biscuits. How many did it have before the increase?

How on earth do I work that out?

• 3 hours Monday
• 3 hours Tuesday
• 3 hours Wednesday
• 3 hours Thursday
• 6 hours Friday
• 6 hours Saturday
• 6 hours Sunday

It resumes today with another 3 to 4 hours...:banghead

I have no idea. I was thinking that you could work it out because 26 biscuits = 100% (full packet). But I'm not sure that is right! Have you looked at MyMaths.co.uk?

My homework is pretty much ongoing. I don't have to do it. I currently need to take a load of photos and videos for my ICT, then I need to my technology designs (around 8 hours of work maybe? I need to cover around 10 A3 pages with drawings etc and I've only done 2!

Luckily I have no school at all tomorrow, so I have the whole day to work. I';ll probably go in though and sit in the common room to work, I'll be too distracted at home!

I come up with 21 biscuits. 21 x 24% = 5 + 21 = 26.

Okay here it is:

After a 10% price decrease, a hi-fi system now costs £288. How much was it before the decrease?

£320 x 10% = £32

£320 - £32 = £288

My AS Level subjects are really hard (Maths, Chemistry, Biology & Physics) but none of them are "essay subjects" - it's great, love it! Never have to write any essay! :shock: Yeah sure I have about 60 pages of Chemistry Calculations to do but whatever.. don't think about that.

I'd like to tell you it gets better Becca.. but it doesn't! Although when you get to GCSE you can get rid of at least a few bad subjects. And when you get to AS you can do most of it in your frees (although I guess that depends on your subjects actually).

Gahh I hate homework. I usually only have 30 minutes to one hour of homework a day. Today I only have spanish homework - thank goodness! But I'm stuck on some of it since I wasn't here when we learned the -IR verbs or whatever. So I will have to ask for help on that.

Otherwise, I just have two worksheets (just the fronts), and then I have to finish whatever I can of the orange & yellow packets. Then I'll be done and caught up with all my homework!!

i am soooo behind in school, it's not even funny! cause we home school, and we were sick for two weeks and got not much done, then mom was busy helping dad move for his new job(5 hours away, we're staying put)week before last and we got less done.......i'm behind in everything except for lit.......:help

I'd say it was! God, it proves what not having done science for 2 years does to you!
