Ok. I would really love to get some help on this problem. Description:
Okay, there are three selling areas in a grocery store, 1. Produce (area is 2000 sq. ft) 2. Grocery (area is 18,800 sq. ft.) and 3. Meat (area is 3200 sq. ft.) The total area of the entire building is 24,000 sq. ft.
Question (im stuck on! lol): What fraction of the total area is each of the selling areas? Express your answer as a decimal.
then the next part is to convert those decimal fractions to percentages....anyone wanna please help me out?
Thankies,
Emily
