Hi!
Well here I am. I'm 27 and originally from France. I've lived in the UK for over 3 years now and trying to do the Vet Nursing NVQ (when I find a place). In the meantime, I work in a petshop which I've really started hating... I try to do my best and make a little difference but it's exhausting and upsetting me more and more... but hey, it's a job, and hopefully, i'll soon be out of there and realising my dream of working in veterinary again. I used to be a vet nurse back in France for a couple of years before I moved up here.

I love my pets more than anything else in life. I have 5 Guinea pigs which I used to breed and show. I have 2 gorgeous dogs, Golden Retrievers whom i love like my own children. I have a little rescue Nethie which I am hoping to rehome one day but only to the best place possible, so in the meantime, he's part of the family. I'm getting a baby French Lop in 10 days (can't wait!), called Oscar and he's the real reason I've joined this forum!
Thanks everyone!

Welcome to RO! Your furbabies sound beautiful, do post some pics.;-) Glad to have you here.

Here is Pumpkin, 9 months old Nethie rescued from the petshop where I work. He's had his front teeth removed due to malocclusion and is now a happy little chap. A bit shy, a bit jumpy... a Nethie! But he's not got one ounce of nastiness in him, just needs TLC. He loves my dogs and would make a lovely little housebunny. By the way, just contact me if you are SERIOUS about adopting this little guy who deserves a loving forever home.

Here is Oscar, 5 week old French Lop. He still lives with his mum and siblings at the breeder's but is scheduled to come home to me on the 19th... Can't wait!

Welcome to RO!

Your bunnies are really gorgeous little things!
Great introduction by the way, I also want to be a Veterinary nurse but I'm only 13, maybe you could help me - hehe :)

Nice to have you here, Hope to see you around the forum!

Welcome to RO.

Boy Pumpkin is so cute and so is Oscar. One day I want a French Lop too.

Is their a reason why you can't keep him? They would make a real cute couple. To me their is nothing better than seeing 2 bonded bunnies. I have 2 sets of bonded bunnies and they are so "In Love"

Susan:)

Well I never wanted 2 buns because I really want to bond and have a special relationship with my rabbit. When I took Pumpkin on, I was already expecting Oscar (been on a waiting list) and didn't want to give that up. 2 bonded bunnies don't make as good companions as a single bun I think. Besides, 2 boys would probably never get on anyway.
