Hi!
My name is Teagan. I'm 18 years old and happily obsessed with rabbits :)
I have 2 bunnies, Lucy and BunBun! Lucy is a 10 month old Mini Lop and Bunbun is just over a year old. I have no idea what breed he is, Ive asked tons of people and no one knew :(, so hes just my little mystery child :D.If anyone could tell me, that would be great :).I decided to join this forum because Lucy recently had a litter, some things went wrong and I didn't know what to do. So, I figured this seemed like the right place to go if I had any questions. Plus, bunny people are the nicest people ever :)
Nice to meet you all :)

This is Lucy (and my boyfriend)

Hello and welcome to RO your buns are real cute :)
I hope you dont mind me asking what happened with Lucy's Litter?
People are very helpful here so dont be afraid to ask questions ^^

Welcome!! I'm kinda new to the forum as well. I'v been snooping forever but finally joined not to long ago.
Your bunnys are very cute!! I dont know the breed of Bunbun but I think his coloring is called 'charlie' .. You can post pics of him here: http://www.rabbitsonline.net/view_forum.php?id=8 and people will be able to help you about his breed. Hopefully someone can guess lol
So, out of curiosity, how did lucy have babies? Did you buy her bred?
Also, how long have you had your bunnys for? What kinda of cage are they living in, and do they live together?

Hope you like the forum, lots if info and bunny lovers to go around! :)

Welcome to RO. Hope you enjoy your stay :) As far as bunbun he sure is cute, his breed looks like some sort of dwarf mix you might never know! What a gorgeous color Lucy has.

We bred her with my friends lop, we really want more rabbits and want to see the little kits grow up, so we thought why not try it. It was Lucy's first litter and she didn't end up pulling any fur. She didn't have them in the nesting box either. In the morning when I found them I put them in it, Lucy kept jumping on them and she killed a few, The ones that survived ended up dying within the next day, I'm figuring they were cold, and because she didn't feed them :( poor little guys.

I had them both since they were about 9 weeks old. Bunbun lives in this giant deluxe hutch my dad built for him in the back yard and Lucy lives in a big metal cage in my room :)

Thank you guys for all your nice comments :)

Sorry about the babies :( I wouldnt suggest breeding her again though..wouldnt want that same thing to happen. She doesnt seam to be a good mom.

Would like more pics :)

You may want to ask a few breeders some suggestions and maybe wait until Lucy is older before breeding again :)

I'm sorry for what happened to the kits and maybe the next time will go better.

Welcome to the RO. If the rabbit your not sure of the breed to is in your pic. Looks to me to be a Hotot of some kind. though I am unsure of exact breed of Hotot it is.

Let me welcome you to Rabbits Online, my name is Dave and I am a moderator on the forum. So if I can be of any help please let me know. This is a terrific website for rabbits and their slaves, not only is it very active but also friendly. I am so glad you’re here and I know you will enjoy it.

Many bunny's recommend their slaves to this site so we may learn of others methods to keeping our furry masters happy. Very cute bunny's.

If you everhave a sick bunny, please post in The Infirmary and include your rabbit's age, breed and health history as well diet and output details leading up to the problem.

I have listed some links I thought you might find interesting:

*For reference the Library section

*To brag or tell everyone about the antics of your bunny or just to talk about your day here is where to start a Bunny Blog, you can also look back at it later and remember when you had a life before your bunny.

*Now all the bunny’s like talk to each other when we mere slaves aren’t around in the Bunny Chat is the spot to be.

*Rabbits Online also has regional forums , this a good way to find a vet in your area that has experience with rabbits and to find out from other nearby of good sources of rabbit supplies.

The Let Your Hare Down section is for anything non-bunny related.

Here is a link tothat will help you and your bunny to connect, How To Bond With Your Bunny.

Now every forum has rules and ours can be found with this link Rabbits Online Forum Rules. This gives guidelines on what is acceptable, what is not and how we hope everyone will treat each other.

Everyone on this forum loves to see pictures of each other’s bunnies. So if you would like to post a picture this link will help you do that, Upload Photo's to Photo Gallery. Then in the post, you click on the "G" in the tool bar to insert your photo. Many people also use Photobucket. You just copy the img file and paste it into the post.

I am glad you have joined rabbits online and I look forward to seeing you around.
