Check inside her ear for sacbs as well.

She might have ear mites?

There's a couple posts on here that talk about ear and fur mites.

Go ahead and take her to the vet, they will check for mites, you cannot see them without a microscope.

she has one or two tiny scabs on the inside and one bigger oneon the outside.... are mites the only thing that cause this?

Ear Mites cause a crusty brown substance in and around the ears.

My Nick is the first lop earred bun I ever had, and on a trip to thevet he looked in his ears and found TONS of wax and dirt. I wasmortified! He had been shaking his head and scratching his ears alot.

The vet explained that lop earred rabbits can't 'get inside' their earsas well as the uppity eared ones to clean them, and also because theyare lopped, the insides have a tendency to stay 'moist' withless air circulation.
So Peepoo may have itchy ears from wax build up, or even an infection of some kind. The scabs my be from the scratching.

So - a trip to the vet is in order to rule out Fur/Ear Mites, infection, and wax
