Help with pink patch/bump on nose

Hi everyone,
I hope someone could help me with the below issue:
My rabbit has a pink hairless bump/patch on his nose. He’s had it for a long time, over a year. Few months ago I took him to the Vet who said it was nothing to worry about but couldn’t explain the cause or how to cure it.
My bunny is healthy and doesn’t seem to be bothered by this bump at all, however I want to ensure it is actually nothing to worry about.
Has anyone’s rabbit experienced this? If so do you have any advice to give?

Maybe a cyst of some sort. To discover exactly what it is, you would need to have your vet possibly do a fine needle aspirate. But since it's been there a while, not getting larger, and not causing any known health issues, then it may be fine to be left as is. But no way to know for sure without further diagnostics being done.
