Help with identifying color

The breeder I am getting my bunny from sent me some pics. He is the cutest little thing! He's 3 weeks old now and absolutely adorable! He is a boy, which im very happy about! His name is Felix!

So my questions is, is he what you call a sable point? She said that's what his color is but I have seen pics of that color and that's like brown with dark brown points, he doesn't look anything like them. So now I am confused what his color is... His mom is a sable point Holland lop and his dad is a tort fuzzy lop.

I don't have a pic of his dad but his dad was a tort in color.

If he is not a sable point, then what is he? Can anyone tell me his color? is he going to be the color if his mom? oh, and what color are his eyes?

P.s. if he is not a sable point and you know his color, can you post a pic to give me an example of his coloring so I know what it looks like.

Looks sable point to me. Their shading (color) can vary, some are more "clean", some are more "smutty" (extra color).
