HELP PLEASE sick rabbit

I have a litter of 10 New zealand bunnies they are 10 weeks old they are all doing good until today i went out and noticed there was blood all over the snow i dont know who its coming from!! none of them have blood on the fur iam worried they are eating drinking well i have some penicillin g procaine injectable can i use that i thought maybe giving them each a shot i dont know a vet that sees rabbits were iam at if anyone could please help me thanks!!
 
I am moving this to the Rabbitry section as it seems like it may be a question for people who have experience breeding rabbits. I will post my reply in the thread in the Infirmary.
 
Don't give any injections yet if you don't know what's wrong. ;)

Find out the source of the blood. Look everyone over thoroughly. Are they still living with Mom? Check her over as well if they are. ;)

Its most probably red urine.
Red colour of the urine is sometimes observed in rabbits. It is probably caused by a plant pigment but does not effect the health of the rabbit.

Are you sure it came from the rabbits at all? Is the blood you are seeing on the ground under their cage? Hopefully it is from something else completely, one of my cats ate a mouse on my barn floor once and gave me a scare like that.
 
Are you sure it's blood? It's quite common for rabbits to have bright red urine, especially in colder temperatures.
