Help my rabbit can escape from pen??

I have a pen around the hutch because my garden isn't secure enough yet but my 6month rabbit who I recently got neutered has found away to escape, so now I have to be there everytime I let him out its a shame coz he's getting less time out than before now! What else can I use for a pen/run or what can I do to stop him?

We've had three that were climbers, so, we had to put a top onto the play pen.

The thing is he doesn't climb he bites it and lifts it up nd gets under its pretty scarey coz it could fall and hurt him

Can you use tent stakes (or similar) to secure it to the ground?
