Help I don’t know what’s on my rabbits ear?

Iv found two of these on my rabbits ear this evening Iv never seen them before and I’m not sure if I should be worried , has anyone seen this before ?

That tiny point? I would say it could be an insect bite, here some small critters are already around, I have several itchy bites from working in the garden. The ears are the least protected by fur.
