Help I don’t know if my 13 week old bunny is bloated.

I took my bunny (pumpkin) to the vet yesterday bc her poo was very clear, looked like mucus to me. She wasn’t eating much and drink either. We had a friend over to check on her and said she was backed up or something. So we took her to the vet. I felt something hard on her right side belly. And I tried to massage her before we got to the vet. They got her to poop and said she did have some bacteria that was causing her to drop clear substance. So they gave us antibiotic, bepto bismol, and critical care bag of food, for her to try. We took her home and gave her some meds right away, she did poop some out and was feeling okay. And today she ate a little bit and took 2 medications. I felt her stomach and I’m not sure what it is, it’s like a hard lump on her right side and I also checked the left side and it looks perfectly normal to me. I’m now even more worried. We’ve only had her for a couple of days not even a week and We really love her so much. SO
Please give us some advice. Do I need To take her to the vet again?

I would take her to the vet and get them to take an x-ray. It sounds like she has a blockage. They will need to remove it surgically if it is a blockage. I would stop massaging it because it could get it more stuck.
