Hi my name's Keri and I have 5 bunnies :) I have 2 holland lops, a dwarf (not sure the breed exactly), 2 rexes (1 is a mini rex). Caleb (named from a character in a book I like) is a brown tort holland lop and my first bunny I ever got he's about 5 years old and is the biggest sweetheart.

Gamgee (as in samwise gamgee *probably not spelled right lol*) is the next bunny I got, he's a black calico, Caleb picked him out himself and I have no idea why he has the worst attitude a bunny could have lol though he's a rex so I think that's just part of the deal. He's also around 5 years old.

The 3rd bunny is Ryuk (named from a character in an anime) he's the mini rex he's a light brown with dark brown highlights on his ears/feet/nose he's over a year old also rescued but from SC. He doesn't have as much attitude as Gamgee though and really prefers us to the other bunnies so he's not involved in the bonding that's going on right now with the other 4. I tried but he started actual fights and injured one of the other bunnies. The other bunny is fine just a scratched cornea that has healed now and hasn't affected him.

Then a year later we rescued 2 more bunnies (even though we said Ryuk would be the last one >.>) Andre and Dahlia from Canada. Andre is the other holland lop he's a Sable color and just as sweet as Caleb but is still really shy around us right now. He's getting along with the Caleb and Gamgee beautifully.

Dahlia is a dwarf bunny of some kind and is a dark brown color she is the only girl bunny and is kind of a jerk. She's being super bossy with Gamgee even though she's the smallest bunny and he's the biggest. For some reason he is scared of her lol but she's not starting any fights or anything so I'm just letting her try to find her place in the group.

We are currently at our limit and don't plan on adding any more. But I do have a dog (a black and tan shiba inu named Jake) and a snake (a yellow/brown ball python named Firefly). Nobody worry my snake is not even in the same room as the bunnies and I would NEVER feed my bunnies to a snake. Also the snake isn't even big enough (and will never be big enough) to eat bunnies.

Welcome! All of them are super cute!

Also- no pictures of your snake baby? I bet he's cute too!

I didn't think people would want to see him :( lots of people don't like snakes, I think he's adorable :) His morph (color name) is Firefly, he's such a nice snake he's never bitten us and flicks his tongue out on my nose sometimes and it tickles

You'd be surprised at some of the animals in our care at one time or another. We have rescued 37 Rabbits. We still have five. In addition, when our kids were living with us, we had 2 snakes, 2 really large Iguanas, 4 Tarantulas, 2 lizards, 6 Zebra Finches, 1 mouse, a Tortoise, 3 large dogs and a pond full of gold fish, Koi, and 2 turtles.A lot of others here have extensive menageries.

Wow that is quite a lot of different animals :D Firefly is my first snake and I really enjoy having him

Snakes are fantastic little creatures- especially balls. She is SUPER cute.

He's a boy :) the first picture was when we first got him, he was 4 months old. He's 3 and a half feet now and 1200 grams, I really don't think he's gonna get much bigger than that. I think he's gonna max out at 4 feet maybe 1500 grams.

Hello ! Your Dahlia looks a lot like my Aki - Aki is a complete jerk and very bossy too XD
Is your shiba getting along with the rabbits? I thought about getting one and gave up on that when I read that shiba were bred to hunt rabbits.

Yea she's really bossy, Jake gets along fine with indoor animals (he gives kisses to Ryuk *as long as nobody runs away*) outdoor animals that are scared are fair game for him because the running triggers his hunting instinct. Caleb is scared of no one and nothing. Sudden loud noises, he doesn't even blink. He is unshakeable and hops right up to Jake and sniffs him.

I want to mention that anytime Jake is interacting with the bunnies he is on a leash if he goes into the bunny room (they have their own room with a door we made so that we can see into the room but it also blocks the dogs out. It also locks so that they can't pull the door open (hope that explanation makes sense). Jake most of the time stays out of the bunny room. If the bunnies are outside of the bunny room they are in an ex-pen and Jake likes to lay next to them or watch them do bunny things.

It breaks down to training them that indoor animals are not to be hunted (this not only is training but it's still an instinct so it's best to be on the safe side and having a harness on them that helps you grab onto them in case you need to). It also helps that he's older and doesn't really care much about what's going on as long as they aren't trying to run away.

I think I began rambling a little so I hope that made sense
