Hi,
4years ago, I adopted twogirl bunnies named Chung Chung and Dong Dong from SPCA. They got threw out from a car like garbages. The car didn't even stop to put them to the side of the road. Luckily, there was a guy passed by and saw this happened. So he picked themup andtook them to SPCA. DongDong was a Chinchilla dwarf, and Dong Dong is a Himalayan dwarf.
I lost Chung Chung last November from the 2nd round tead tilt. She got her firsthead tile in November 2008, and we almost lost her. She was so ill that our former vet told u that we should put her down. Fortunately, we met an amazing vet, Dr. Martinez, who saved and cured her. However, last November, the head tilt came back again. This timeshe didn't make it, and Dong Dong lost her partner.
However, Dong Dong isn't that fortunate either. She is diagnosed that she has cancer, and we have just removed two tumors two weeks ago. However, yesterday,we just found that she got another small one started which wasn't here two weeks ago. So we will just wait and see for now since she just got one surgery done.
So this is my story. It's sounded sad, but they are both very sweet and cute bunnies. Right now, my job is to try to give the best care to Dong Dong, and make her the happiest bunny.
