We are new here.
Just saying hello to everyone . I'm mum to Hope who is a chocolate otter mini lop and will be eight months next month.
She has had difficult start as she has been having fits and is currently taking medication to treat e.cuniculi.
We are hoping that the e.cuniculi is causing the fits but she had another fit yesterday so we are not sure. The vet at the animal hospital at the specialist rabbit clinic has said Hope could have congenital brain damage and that could be a reason for her fits. She is fine after having them., she just goes into a corner and is very quiet.We just give her Metacam afterwards. Obviously it is a very worrying time.
