Hello from Sid and I.

Hi my name is Lisa. I have (what i think) is a holland loop named Sid. Dont know his age. I have had him for almost 4 years. My friend found him in a cage on the side of the road. Some one must have dropped him off. So my friend brought him to me becuase at the time I had a Rex named Midnight, and he knew I like any type of animal lol. So I ended up with Sid. After midnight passed (at age 11) Sid became a only rabbit, so he now has free range of the basment. he is a very good boy, not a chewer at all. Uses his litter box. And will kill you for a carrot lol.



My mom was giving him a carrot a few nights ago. And Sid seen it before she could drop it on his carpet for him. He literally charged at my mom and grabbed it from her hand. He is a very sweet guy, but when it comes to carrots watch out haha.

He loves hanging out with my dog (a collie) and they run around int he back yard together. And drink from the same dish together and lay together, they are a odd couple haha.

Sid sounds like a right character, I used to have a rough collie like yours too!

They all look miscfeivous. Sid seems to be the ring leader. I hope he hasn't actually killed for a carrot, that would be too Monty Python And the Holy Grail.

Thank you every one.

And thank you to TMS for telling me about the site.

I'm not to sure on Sids actual weight I would say around 5 lbs. I would go and try to weight him, but the scale is upstairs and every one is sleeping. I will do it tomorrow.

I have had many bunnies growing up. We were amatures (still are compared to many people lol) and didnt relize how often and hw many babes bunies could have, in the end we ended up with almost 50 (this was back when I was very young, around 8 or 9) We ended giving them up to my grandmas friends farm. She has rabbits. And they all had their own barn and all kinds of large rabbit runs. So we felt safe giving them all to her. We kept the orignals that started that problem, only we kept them seperated lol. So after all that we had Dale (who died mysteriously at age 4ish) Not sure what she even was. Chip (chip and dale haha) he died at around 8ish. Again dont remember what he was. Midnight who was a rex who I spoke of earlier who was 9ish when she passed. We did have another rabbit named Paige. I got her 2 years ago at age of 4 when her owner was going to take her to the human society. Given paiges deformaties, she would never have been adopted so I took her. Her deformaty was a large lump where her eye was supposed to be, completly blind and scared of her own shadow she would never have been adopted. I kept her. tried to make her comfy she never was though, she was just afriad of being afraid lol.She died a few months ago, not sure what off either. may have even just scared herself to death, that and she was very over weight, but refused to excersise. I would let her out and she just wouldnt move from her spot.

Midnight I would say was my heart rabbit. She had such a attitude and would only like a few people. me, my mom and friend adrian. Every one else was fair game for attacks and loud growls. She never hesitated to chase people and attack, chase the dog and attack (luckily the dog is so passive he just ran for his life lol), anything she didnt approve of she destroyed. She was such a fricking brat, but to me she was so sweet you couldnt help but love her.

Opps sorry this was so long. But I love to just amble on and on about my pets haha.
