Hey, my name is Annie. I'm 17 years old and I've had a rabbit since I was about 10 or so. We had a Netherland Dwarft named Smokey and then when she passed on, we got Allister. He never ceases toamaze me, his personality is full curiousity and he is the most outgoing rabbit I've ever met. He will be turning 3 (I can't believe it!) this month.

Ok, so I'm guessing you want pictures...

Here is Smokey, I miss her very much.

Oh and also I have 5 other pets. I have a dog named Snooky, two guinea pigs named Party and Tank, and two gerbils named Maud-Dib and Duncan Idaho.

Thanks everybody for the wonderful welcome!!

Honestly, I can't wait to be 18 right now...I want to graduate high school so bad and then I can move on to college and do something that I actually want to do.

I'll pass on the comments to Allister, I'm sure he'll let it get to his head...he already thinks he's the most awesomest rabbit ever :D

Do you know where you want to go to college and what you want to do?

Of the schools I've gotten into so far, Purdue is my top choice, I think. I want to be a prevet or animal science major.

That sounds great. I've actually thought about animal science but it's not enough of a interest for me to actually pursue it. I'm planning on going to ATI(Agricultural Technical Institute) which is a satellite campus of Ohio State University and I'll be getting a AS in Horse Production and Management and then I want to transfer to OSU main campus and either do something in Criminology or Zoology. I'm also not going to be applying to college until next year, I'm taking a year off to get money and to do some things with horses. I'll be going to California and working with wild mustangs for two months...I see your from California!

Ok, so enough of me blabbing, feel free to share you college applying and such experience so far ")

:welcome1Smokey looked exactly like my Cadbury! Of course I think she was beautiful and I'm sorry she's gone. Allister is quite handsome, I love his ears.

That sounds awesome! You may not want to leave California, depending on where in CA you're going. Enjoy your year off! I almost applied to OSU, but then I got lazy and I didn't want to write the essay.

OH I know...I went to Palm Springs the summer before Sophmore year and I loved it. It was great to have not as much humidity as we do here in Ohio. I'll be going to the southern part...the Santa Maria area, Lompoc, about 30 minutes north I believe. I know what you mean about the essay stuff, ugh. Luckily I only had to apply to ATI and they just had two questions and all you needed was 250 words, the hard part was amazingly enough to keep at 250 words, I kept on going over.

Haha, I know. Allister loves his phonebooks. The first few days that we had him, he was running around freely and my dad oddly enough keeps the phonebooks on the ground in the corner. Well Allister found them and had a blast, he still loves his phonebooks. Only now he just sits on top of them and snoozes.

Happy really early birthday!

Smokey was so beautiful, I have a thing for that smoke pearl colouring. And you have a black otter *squeels*, I am crazy on black otters! Allister is a cool name for a rabbit. I had a black otter lop called Lucky who passed away last year, I miss her a lot.
