hello from cincinnati!

so i was told by AmyBunny on ratforum [[better known as undergunfire here :thumbup]] that i had to get my butt over here.

i'm Marianne, i'm 16, and i'm from cincinnati. i've got two does named Licorice, a rex, and Marla, a lilac(?.. we just recieved her today, so i haven't been able to look into it more. i don't really know all the different breeds of rabbits.. i'm more of a rat and horse lady haha) i'm not sure of their ages because they're both rescues. Licorice was dumped off at an educational farm that my mom works at, and someone just came to the door at 8:30 this morning, handed Marla to my dad, and left. i will never understand how people could just abandon their animals like that...
sigh, but anyway, i don't have a picture of Licorice right now, and probably won't have one anytime soon considering she doesn't like me. she's my mom's little girl. i only have one picture of Marla as of now, and it was as soon as we got her.

HI! Marla is a gorgeous DIVA.. Send photos of Licorice (new here so not sure if there are other photos).. How sad, but lucky for Marla that they were given to your Dad.. At least that person knew where to go to "dump" Marla.. At least it wasn't just out to the "wilds"..

Wow,i really love Marla...she's a very pretty girl....i just don't understand how people can dump of their bunnies like that.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about both bunnies

thanks guys! i love her already, she's such a sweetie. i don't understand how someone could have just not wanted her anymore. she fell asleep in my lap the first time i held her. such a good change from Licorice who isn't very social.
