Hello! My name is Ket and my husband is Ben. We just got our first two buns, a New Zealand and a Californian. We have two children, both girls, who are almost 2 and 2 months. We also have dogs and five (going to be six soon!) dairy goats. We live in Central OH in a small town called Millersport, about an hour east of downtown Columbus. We plan on starting a small-scale, homestead rabbitry for showing and meat.
I've raised rabbits before. Had a few minis and a brief stint with Angoras. However, this is my first time dealing with show and meat rabbits. I'm excited about how much there is to learn.
I'm also in school to be a vet tech so I'm extremely interested in the veterinary aspect of rabbit raising.
I hope to talk to some of you soon!
