Hello,

My name is michelle and i recently adopted a niglected/not well treated bunny. she is a five or six year old rabbit. Her teeth were growing into her poor nose and her nails were so long they were curling in. she was matted with her own poo and pee. and she never really got human interraction. she lived in a hutch(i dont care for people to keep rabbits outside) and didnt have the best life. I thought she would be more skiddish and shy but she is actually great and loving. When she wants petted she lays her head on my feet. when she wants held she litterally jumps on my lap. she loves going for walk on her leash i got her. and she loves to go to pet smart and get attention from other little kids. she is partially free roam (caged at night or when i am not home) and i am hoping after she is fully litter trained to have her completly free roam. right now she still poos a lot outside of her cage but no pee. but i understand she lived 5-6 years in a cage where she had to lay in her own poo and pee. she loves to go to parks and lunches with my friend and i. she is like my little puppy ( : her name is jerry lionell and i hope to give her a great life that she hadnt had before.

here are some pictures of my baby ( :

It is great that she will now get the love and attention that she deserves.

She is very cute, especially walked on her leash :)

Hello Michelle and welcome,

It sounds like Jerry Lionell has found a great new home and a better start to her life...i'm sure she is one happy little bunny now.

She is also just so adorable :)

Welcome to the forum! I am glad you found this site, it is full of wonderful, friendly people. Where did you get her from?, I mean a shelter or from the people who had neglected her?

No matter, she is definitely going to get the love and attention she deserved all along.

She is a very beautiful bunny.:)

She's beautiful!
Thank you for taking such good care of her and taking her out of that environment.

You guys are blessed to have each other! You did a wonderful thing for her. I like hearing stories like yours. It's good to know she's gonna live the rest of her life with a person who loves her so much. Sounds like you spoil her with attention, and she deserves that. :)

Welcome to RO. :biggrin2:April
