Ok, my newest desire, which was actually part of my Christmas list that Santa did not deliver was a heated automatic watering system for the buns. Does anyone have one? Know of plans to construct one? I haven't really found anything online that fit the bill. Anyone have any insights?

My new barn is also going to have a gravity-fed automatic watering system. The trick is keeping them from freezing but my barn is going to be heated in winter to about 40-45 degrees so I shouldn't have to worry about the issue.

Unfortunately my bunny barn isn't air tight enough to make it economically feasible to heat it. I also worry about some forms of heat...especially after hearing horror stories about people who lost all their buns to fires. Our wood shop is heated by a wood stove and it makes me nervous since three of my cats sleep in there at night. I can't imagine losing my furry children to a fire.

I'd really like to see a heated automatic watering system in action or talk to someone who has set up one or used one. I've found equipment on both Bass and Klubertanz, but there's not too much in the way of explanations of how to set one up.
