Hateful Landlord

I live in a trailer park. The trailer is ours,we rent the land. She has sent out a letter saying that she is going toshoot any animal that she sees outside. She has also placed livetrapsfor the ones she doesnt see.

Our cat has been inside/outside all his life. Now we arent allowed tolet him out and he is literally trying to open the door to get out. Hehowls all night. He is miserable!

That is just downright mean and nasty,so if she see's a pet that belongs to someone,she will still shoot it?

Have you had a word to her about this?

That must put you in a bit of a position with your cat,and the way i'm seeing it,is just so unfair.

Before she does any shooting, she'd better check out the laws about discharging a firearm so close to the residences :X

It is illegal to shoot in the city limits. But she is "above the law". Friends in high places you know.

I haven't gotten a reply yet but I did look up Virginia's AnimalCrueltyLaws and your State is 1 0f only 8 others where it'snot a Felony to intentionally or unintentionally( fromNeglect)harm an Animal!:shock2:

In Virginia As of nowit's only a Class C misdemeanor.:no: What a Shame!

How rotten.my sister got a letter from the newowners of the trailer park .which she owned the trailer but rented thelot ,that she was not allowed too own a dog weighing more than 20lbs.people moved out in droves. one lady actually took apart hertrailer and junked it peice by peice.bluebird
