Has anyone used the furminator for their bunny? And which one is best?

I got the toy dog furminator for our bunnies - it's for fur shorter than 2 inches. Peaches and Popcorn are lionheads - Peaches is losing a bit of fur, but I haven't seen any clumps come out at once so far, but the fur does fly a bit. Popcorn is only about 2 months old so I haven't seen him lose any fur yet. Does it work and if it does, how "hard" should you press down to get to the fur underneath? If I comb Peaches on his regular fur, I can't get the teeth in, cuz his fur lies flat, on his wool however it does work. He doesn't seem to like it as much as his cat brush, but is the small width okay? It's 1.25" wide.

Yes, I've used the cat furminator on my buns.
I tend to sweep it over them gently. It goes better if I ham stroking them with one hand, and brushing with the other.
Still, plucking hair or sweeping over them with a wet hand works better for me. Mine are not furminator fans yet. I believe slavetoabunny has had a lot of success with it though :)

My furminator brush/comb ripped out the mini rex's undercoat so they had weird patches of thin fur. I actually went and bought a cheaper slicker brush for the bunnies.

I use it on my three bunnies occasionally when they are shedding, it works really well but you have to make sure to be really gentle with it.
