We will be going to a bbq later today at my sisters ho use, and unfortunately her hubby will be there, so that is my sacrafice for hte day :shock:.lol. This mo rning my moms foster piggie went to her new home so that is all tha i have done for the day.

Thank goodness for the day off! Got the barn really clean this morning (early, before the rains came!). Now getting ready for a barbeque at the in-laws (they said rain or shine!). Leaving the radio on in the barn, turned a little louder than normal.... the fireworks have started in my neighborhood already. But the rabbits are staying calm so far.

Happy 4th! We got new bookcases today at an awesome sale at a really nice wood furniture store, so now we're getting them filled. It's overcast here, and we're hoping that the rain holds off until after the big FourthFest celebration in the next town. They always have a huge fireworks display, but it's often marred by less than stellar weather. Hope all have a good day!

It stormed here in AZ today...monsoons are a comin'! We got to see the fire works show by parking at our work. If we went to the park to see them, it would have cost us $15 just to park to see them! Forget that....we had a great view and saw some of our coworkers did the same smart thing .

We did something similar for our fireworks. Instead of a 3 hour drive home, which translates into about 10 miles, but there are about 30,000 people that come to our display, we were home in about 15 minutes! It was awesome!
