Yay! Thankyou!

I think I've started drinking too early. Already had two glasses of bucks fizz and a glass of champagne, now going to the pub with my Grandparents. Later I have a mystery surprise, not sure what is happening! Then going out with my friends.... then big meal of 20 people tomorrow!

I've gotta run because we are going to town to buy me a sewing machine! Fran :)

Yay, just got back from my mystery surprise - a trip to the hair dressers! Got full colour and highlights and cut. Also was going to buy one of those little fake plait headband things but Mary the hairdresser owner gave it to me for free!

Went out with my Grandparents, I got a hot air balloon ride! Also got my sewing machine and a £20 voucher for the sewing shop, and a really sweet little charm bracelet.

Bunnies got me lindt chocolate bunnies (which I ate for brekkie) and cats got me socks. Will be seeing the rest of the family tomorrow.

Going to go and get ready now and go to my friends house at 8 for nibbles.... then out and about! I'll post some pictures tomorrow. x

Orange juice and champagne in the US is known as...a Mimosa. Add a little Triple Sec, Cointreau or Grand Marnier and you've got a Morning Glory.

Bucks fizz is lovely! We stole a bottle of it from my besties parent's drink cabinet, doesn't get you drunk very fast though lol.

Yeahh tis :)

Yeah drinking age is 18. Hence my parents were basically telling me to go out and get drunk, because I had to on my birthday to 'get it out of my system'! My Mum keeps saying 'Oh god, you're going to be off down the pub every night now!'

I had such a fun night last night. We started off in Wetherspoons, then went to this tiny bar called The Ragged Trousers, then went to a club called Belugas, and then to another club called El Mono..... I didn't get ID'd ONCE! NOT ONCE!! So irritating!

My Dad is going to be here in a few hours, he is coming up from Bournemouth. It should be good!

I'll post pictures when my friend puts them on Facebook!

My friend still hasn't uploaded the photos onto Facebook from last night! Here is (was) my birthday cake:

Oh WOW look at your cake! It looks amazing! Who made it?

And look at the snow... not fair!

Did you get your camera in the end? I remember you saying you might be getting a camera... or was the sewing machine instead of that?

I am always the slowest one of my friends at putting pictures on facebook- it frustrates them all so much lol!

The cake was made by my Nan - Marie of Cakes by Marie. I always get a brilliant birthday cake every year. I've never not had a handmade birthday cake! I made half of the wires on the top, and did the sweets around the bottom tier - my Nan had four orders for Jan so she needed some help!

Yes I got the camera! Both photos were taken with that! I got a Sony A350 because the Nikon 450D wasn't available anywhere. The Sony is probably more expensive due to the label of 'Sony' but it has some great features!

My friend is usually so speedy so its extra irritating!

Run down of presents:
New keyboard from my Dad (well he bought me this laptop as my Christmas/Birthday present)
Sewing Machine - Babylock from Mum plus £20 sewing shop voucher, chocolates, champagne, cooked brekkie and hairdo!
Sony A350 and second hand bag (and tripod, lens and kit bag to come from my Grandads huge camera stuff hoard) from Nanny and Grandad
Hot Air Balloon ride, lunch at the pub and cake from Nanny and Grandpa
Photo album with a really nice picture in, and a little nail set from Auntie Brionnie, Uncle Michael, Jess and James.
Ski socks and dangly earrings from Auntie Claire, Uncle Tim, Conor and Lizzy.
Stripy gloves and matching scarf from Auntie Angie, Uncle Alban, Tim and Richard. Silver charm bracelet from John and Josie (our neighbours when I was little - so lovely they remember my birthday!)
Mini bottle of Rose, jelly beans and book about Tiffany glass works from best friend James.
Lots of food and hand lotion (we always go to the loo and talk about whether or not the hand lotion is nice or not!) from friend Josh.
Chocolate bunnies from the bunnies
Socks from the cats!

:D
