A tank is not appropriate housing for a rabbit. It does not provide much ventilation and offers no traction, even bedding can still be slippery.
If you are handy, you could build a cage using wood and wire mesh. It would take some work, but would be more suitable for a rabbit. Some people have converted cabinets into rabbit cages.
There are other wire shelving things you can use as a cage. Check hardware stores. Something like this can be used, but you would need to get it cut to the length you want. There can be different spacing for the wires, so you should be able to find something suitable.
