Yeah what I'm going to ask the hairdresser to do is cut it to about shoulder length then see how it looks then go a bit shorter see how that looks then go shorter etc etc till it gets to the length I want, and lol great minds think alike me and mum already tried that tucking my hair back thing!!Just bear in mind if you cut it short you can't go back. I had quite long hair and I cut it to above shoulder length and regretted it. I hated it. I wished I had long hair again, so I've spent the last 3 years growing it back.
One thing you could do it tuck the majority of your hair back, like maybe put a t-shirt on and let it stay stuck in the back of the top, then you can see what it would look like shorter! Maybe take a few pictures of it shorter styled and see if you like it.
Remember you can always get it cut shorter and shorter each time. But to cut it all off at one time - you won't be able to get it back.

Thanks Yeah it was getting pretyy annoying, and I know it's shorter but I can actually do more with this hair, I can just about tie it up (Don't tell my PE teachers ), head bands look good in it, etc etc x
Becca I love your new hairstyle. Do you have fine or thick hair?
I need to get my hair cut one of these days. I have such FINE hair, it drives me nuts.
