Hair loss

[Potato Po-ta-toe]

My little man is 12 weeks old and needs regular grooming. While I was grooming him tonight I noticed his hair thinning on his back. I was hoping someone could tell me what it could be? I’m going to be calling the vet in the morning but I could use some assurance tonight.

Sorry, nobody got back to you! How is the spot doing and what did the vet say? Is he going through a molt? Is more fur growing back? Is it like that anywhere else on his body?

Thank you!! I was wondering if anyone could see my post. He finally saw the vet today. There aren’t many rabbit vets around my home. She gave him medicine for fleas, ticks, and mites. He came from a very dirty breeder . Otherwise he’s healthy and happy!
