Lately Nessa has gone from a sweet cuddly girl to a holy terror. She's about 6 months old, so I expected this to happen. I assume it's her hormones kicking in? In the past month she's gone from being litter trained to peeing on everything in sight (including my recliner that I just finished scrubbing..), she grunts loudly at me every time I try to reach into her cage, she lunges at me, chews on everything she's not supposed to, etc. I know the answer to some of this is getting her spayed.. but the thing is, there aren't any rabbit savvy vets within 5 hours of me and I really can't afford to get her spayed regardless (I've looked around at prices and they're just crazy). I really don't mean to sound like the irresponsible pet owner. I know it's what's best for her and I wish I could, but I just can't. :(
Anyway. My question is, is there anything I can do to curb her bad behavior? Will she grow out of it? :pullhair:
