I cant make it FIT into the room the way I envisioned it!
..
California King sized Four-poster bed frame ONLY (no matress or box spring). Center support has been rebuilt, and bed easily will support both myself and girlfriend (each approx 300lbs) with no problems. One four-poster has water damge, and could be refinished. Moved to a new home, and this is simply too small for the bedroom and MUST GO! Can deliver if needed withing 25 miles for free.

Those were the pics on CL - I decided to give it a try and bought the bedframe.
Great, great BLAAH - I had no clue what trouble I was going to have setting it up in the room I want it in.Kind of ironic since they say it is too small for their bedroom butmine is a whole new ballpark.
First of all it's HUGE, second, I didnt remove furniture I should have before putting it together (granted, I thought I had it where I wanted and then changed my mind) and third - now that its put together I'll have to tear it apart to clear out the room because with the bed... there is simply NO room in available anymore.
And naturally, I'm now in the market for a box spring and matress which is VERY ironic since I have a twin box spring and matress I have NO frame for - which is why I was on CL in the first place today.
I haven't slept yet today since I got off work at 5:30am and I'm feeling grumpy because the room isnt going as I had wanted so I'm calling it quits for now.
When I get this all together (with the matress and bedding) I'll post pictures of the dwarfed room.
