growth on upper eyelid

have a bunny thats 8 yrs old good home and feed good he has a growth on right upper eyelid that i noticed today started bleeding a little maybe he scraped it he is acting normal playful and apptite is great any idea what it is and how to help him cant afford a vet

Unfortunately a vet is the only option to treat that. It could be a tumor or possibly an abscess, though with the bleeding and how it looks, I would lean towards a tumor. But either requires a vet to be able to remove before it starts to compromise the eye itself(if if hasn't already).

Thank you will try to find one in my area he scratched it that’s why lots bleeding
