diffent people react differnt ways....
im a pshyco reatcer:biggrin2::pinkbouce:

I got it too... Had strong headaches (but also severe migraines these days so might have just been more sensitive) and a sore but not stiff arm. I'm just relieved to have gotten it! Hope you feel better soon. Nurse told me the side effects (especially the sore arm) easily lasts 4 days, which is how long my arm was sore. Feel better soon :rose:

tahnks, im glad your fine now, aslong as im slighly mad with this fever i dont feel my sore arm or head so much.
I hope it lasts for at most 4days.
tahnks for telling me.:)

I'm actually jealous. I need it (pregnant) but can't find it in my area! They're only doing pregnant women, very young children, and other children with severe illnesses due to shortages.

Oh yikes. I hope I don't get sick when I get it. Wasn't gonna get it at first but I have to in order to do clinicals and job shadowing for my nursing class.

I'm still debating if I'm going to get it or not. I never get one for the regular flu.

Hope you feel better soon! :)

I need it, too, as I have asthma. My area is finally doing a clinic for people with "high risk conditions," but it's on a Tuesday afternoon, and I have to work. :( (The one before was just for pregnant women and young children.)

My wife is a nursing student (already an LPN, finishing her RN in July) and she didn't have to get the shot. She actually point blank refuses, and none of the rest of us in the house have gotten it either.

Smart girls. I've not met anyone yet who hasn't had a bad reaction to it. :(

She works in healthcare, I work with the elderly and children, my sister is diabetic, and my son is asthamtic... NONE of us have gotten it. I wouldn't withhold a vaccine without a good enough reason. My wife can rant and rant for hours about it if you let her, haha.

Im a bit better, my arm is still killing me though.
I really did not want it, but my doctor really wanted me to get it.

I know two people (my MIL, and a friend in Seattle; both are nurses) who have gotten their swine flu shot and had no bad reaction. They both got the "mist," so not even a sore arm. MIL says there's no good reason not to get it.

:) thanks!
im still in my pjs!:p

I never get the flu shot. I personally dont' think the risks out weight the benefits.

I figure if everyone else gets it then I dont' have to :p

I just wash my hands a million times a day. I haven't had the flu in years.
