GOOD NEWS FOR PET OWNERS
VETERINARY MEDICINES FROM YOUR PHARMACIST

Do you worry about the price and availability of vetinary medicines?
Are you able to give your peys the treament they need?
New legalisations allows phamacists to recommend, prescribe and see veterinary medicines. You are now entitled to ask your vet for a prescription to be dispensed by your pharmacist, in much the same way a family doctor gives you a prescription; your vet is NOT allowed to charge you for this. You can then take advantage of the veterinary prescription dispensing service at this pharmacy.

What age your pet, what ever lifestyle it has we are able to provide a full range of veterinary medicines for prevention and cure.

Enjoy the convenience of your local pharmacy, the expert knowledge and advice on hand, the product range available, and most of all the significant cost saving to be had "

:biggrin2:

You can do this already. Is good if you need a repeat prescription, there are loads of vet med sites. Before they could only sell you drugs that weren't prescription, but as of 2007 you can ask your vet to write the prescription for you and send it to the company. I just hope i don't need any ongoing vet meds!

Same :p I know the vets around here have been trying to get it for AGES (months, maybe a year) and only got it 1 week ago, now we just need a good rabbit vet to be in all the pharmacists lol ;)

Wow! This is good news! I hope I don't need it too though...

I wonder if you can pay for them with a pre-payment certificate? Steve has one due to all his asthma medication... Now THAT would be brilliant! :D:p

lmao :biggrin2: I was just speaking to my vet and he said that his vets have only recently found out about it and are actually quite glad, because "the boss is really ar**y and soemtimes overcharges for meds" lol
