I know a couple of people who said their arm was KILLING them the next day!

Does it hurt when the needle is going into your arm? Is it like a pinch?!

Do you get it in the arm you dont write with or does it not matter?

Did UR arm feel dead after it or was it the next day it hurt?! Did it hurt for long?

When the needle goes in, it does feel like a pinch but it's not bad at all. I got it in the left arm, that is where most people seem to get it. I'm not sure why, it probably doesn't matter what arm you get it in. You could ask them to put it in your right arm if you wanted to I suppose. After I got it, my arm felt dead and heavy. Then a couple of hours after it started to feel kind of painful and I couldn't pick up anything heavy. The next morning, I'm not going to lie, it was very painful. It was really hard to get dressed because it hurt and I had to take paracetomol all day and all day the next day. I got it on a Monday and by Thursday the pain had eased off a lot, that was the first day I didn't have to take anything for pain. On Friday, it only hurt if I lifted my arm up high or someone hit off it hard. Now, it only hurt if I press on it, and barely at that.

It will be worth it though if it stops me from getting swine flu, and it better! :p
Plus, just because I had a really sore arm, doesn't mean you will. It affects people differently. My friend had no trouble at all with hers. My parents didn't have an arm quite as bad as mine, but they did get a mild flu after. My Nana got the shivers and thought she was going to faint, plus slept hours after it.

Good Luck tomorrow!

Thanks! I hope I dont get TOO much pain haha! My friend ripped up the form we got cuz she ran outta the dotors when she was little or something! I think that's rediculous!

I hate needles! But when I got mine, I didn't feel anything. My arm wasn't sore at all either. Now when I got the regular flu vaccine, it hurt and my arm was sore for like 3 days. A friend went with me to get the H1N1 and got hers too. She said she didn't feel the shot nor was her arm sore at all afterwards. I did get mine in the arm I don't write with in case it was sore.

Good luck!
