Getting Does to breed.

We are having trouble getting our Does to let the Bucks breed them. We have the lights on a timer 6:30 AM -8:00 AM and then 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM. The rabbitry is also 55 -60 degrees all the time. What else can we do to get these Does in the mood? Thanks for your help!!:?

It may be a seasonal depression.

What are the ages of your rabbits? Older rabbits may be more difficult to get bred.

Overweight rabbits or does with uterine tumorsmay also be more difficult to get bred.

Try housing bucks next to does to get them in the mood.

For our difficult girls, we continue to try to breed them daily until they are receptive.
