IIs this one truly a Geman Lop?

Ireland... well if I remember right German Lops in and around the UK are equivalent oftheFrench Lops we have in America and Canada? How much does he weight? He is a broken Sable/Seal lop but without weight I can not say much else.

He reminds me a bit of my Blizzard who is a Holland Lop but can easily pass for Mini Lop, depending on the stance. Anyway, with that I am actually not sure about German Lops, I thought they where suppose to be like the american/canadian French Lops, however with his weight and look he looks more like a Mini Lop. I think you should wait for something from your same area to help because I odviously know breeds by diffrent names :p

Good luck!

could be a small german lop sorry you don't mention his age so not sure whether he is right or not adult german lops weigh in at 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 lbs over here. quite unusual to see germans in butterfly well in scotland it is!

Or more likely he could be a big dwarf lop much more common in butterfly and top weight is 5lbs 4 oz ( for show weight anyway!)

These are german lops being judged at a show lets you see head shape stc

He is three years old and the father of my rabbit Magic. He may well be a big dwarf lop. I remember my neighbour who owns him, suspected that too. The colouring seems to be quite dominant since he produced two black and white offspring with a fawn coloured doe

he looks like a dwarf to me. or maybe a big mini(?). that's what i thought when i saw him, "big mini. i thought it said german lop:?." but that was my first thought;)

My neighbour wasn't sure about him being a German Lop because she thought he was somewhat big for a dwarf, but I suppose that's only in comparison with the standard dwarf breeds
