Furuncle? in the ear what do I do?

Hi, just found something in Bernies ear, not in the canal and she doesn't react when I touch it so not painful perhaps, looks like a furuncle but maybe something more serious should I start panicking and does it need any treatment or better leave it alone? Thank you!
