I dont think I'll plant them today because I have to go sleep before heading to work but she dug up some bee balm(?), echinasia (don't have a clue how to spell it - eck-a-na-sha) and yucca starts.
I don't know about Yucca, it doesn't grow up here. But Bee Balm and Echinacea (daisy-like flowers) are full-sun plants. And great for attracting butterflies!
Edit: Although my mom has them in partial shade and they do ok, just not as good as in the full sun in my garden.
All of them are full sun plants. Bee balm is also called monarda and has medicinal uses as does echinacea. Both bee balm and echinacea will spread but I don't think Yucca will (at least not in Michigan).
I wanted to wait until the fence was in place in my yard but I called the company this morning and they said they hadn't received my contract!! I sent it off on the 6th of this month so I'm pretty bummed.
I guess I'll have a copy made of my copy and I'll send it in again. :?
