French Lop moms and Dads

Hey guys, just checking to see if thereare any other Frenchie folks out there. I have a baby girlnamed Sophie that we've had for 2 weeks, making her 10 weeks oldnow. I am curious on when I will begin seeing her growthspurts. She's the same size of my Holland Lop right now,maybe a bit bigger, but has been the same (atleast in my eyes) since wegot her. Any one else know anything about their growth rate?

Hey there, littleweed1, Im Chelsea and welcome tothe forum. I myself breed Mini Lops, but my sister hasrecently gotten into French Lops. Our Buck who is under ayear (he is about10 months)weights 12 1/2 lbs, hisfather is over 13 lbs. They are truly awesome rabbits, and wewill be breeding him with out French Lop doe shortly. If youhave any more questions feel free to ask.

Oh forgot to add one thing. You shouldgive her oats, start by giving her a little every day, and theeventually increast to a large handfull when she is 6 months or older.

Thanks for the advice! One question Ihave though is, by oats, do you mean like oatmeal? Orsomething completely different?

Nope, just plain rolled oats, aka uncooked oatmeal.
