I saw this bunny on Craigslist for free. I wanted to get her so she'd be safe. My hubby would freak. I did write and mention to charge a little something. Still listed for free with cage and all. At least I tried.

This makes me sad too. :(

I once had a friend of a friend who was shooting a small film and needed a rabbit to be in one scene. I offered to bring over one of mine so they wouldn't have to buy one, but unfortunately I was busy during the time they needed him, so they picked up a free bun on Craigslist. I asked what they were planning on doing after, and they said one of the people on the film crew had a kid who would love it, and we all know how that usually turns out, but.. you never know, and you have to remember that you do a lot for your buns. Can't help them all, but making a big difference in the lives of some is great. :)

So happy to hear about all the rescue buns! I've owned three so far, all rescues as well. So rewarding. :)

how about the 2 bunnies from my friend's sister!! the bunnies, supplies, and hutch are free!!

Philly is kinda far. I can't have anymore. No more space. I only took in bugsy because I knew where he'd end up being in Craigslist for free. The spca or some sicko. That and i wanted him so bad the first time i saw him listed. These people cared more their dogs than the rabbit.
